Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve, manage, expand and maintain paid online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Actively execute A/B multivariate testing methods to increase ROI and drive incremental volume.
  • Use successful bidding strategies and effective campaign management to hit target acquisitions volume goals and efficiency metrics (CPA).
  • Examine and assess the performance of online advertising campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must (business or marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with traffic acquisition platforms.
  • Effective experience managing large Facebook advertising campaigns is a huge asset.
  • Proficient Google Adwords certification is an asset.
  • Expert knowledge of SEO, PPC, and general online marketing concepts and tools.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills.
  • A sound creative thinker with a deep understanding of analytics and data.
  • Highly energetic and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Highly analytical with strong knowledge of current industry metrics: Conversion Rates, CPC, CPA.
  • Well versed in overall Internet marketing best practices, emerging trends including conversion factors & metrics, SEO and Social Media.
  • Motivated and organized, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a marketing team.
