Job Responsibilities:

• Improve and implement marketing strategies for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Utilize paid advertising tests to profitably generate email newsletter signups (and other calls to actions) at a lower CPA over time.
• Oversee performance and making necessary changes to ensure positive ROI.
• Produce and share content that builds meaningful connections.
• Apply PPC testing to profitably drive email sign-ups and paid newsletter subscriptions at a lower CPA over time.
• Supervise performance and making necessary changes to ensure positive ROI.
• Create structured testing plans for appropriate marketing efforts, leverage colleague’s experience and creativity to build campaigns with a broad range of ideas.
• Plan testing schedules to AB test variables (list, copy/creative, offer).
• Draft and post promotional content to the website including site floaters, sales letters landing pages.
• Be the primary back-up to post articles to the website.
• Post and add other functionality to the website for more engagement, quizzes, polls, surveys, contests, etc.
• Design content for digital use: infographics, animated video, landing pages, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in progressive marketing roles.
• Effective broad marketing channel experience with a focus on digital.
• Demonstrated understanding, appreciation and successful application of AB testing.
• Proficient experience with a CMS (WordPress preferred), Survey Monkey and Dreamweaver.
• Proven track record in dealing with HTML.
• Solid project management skills.
• Detail oriented, thorough and organized.
