Digital & Social Media Specialist

Cognito is looking for a Digital & Social Media Specialist in London, United Kingdom. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the planning, management, effective delivery and measurement of a wide range of digital marketing projects (both paid and organic) as well as social projects for our clients.
  • Supervise the day to day client management in the areas of both digital marketing and social media, ensuring clients business needs and expectations are met.
  • Devise captivating Thought Leadership and Social selling campaigns for clients including personal brand, content plan, blogging, content curation, social outreach and lead nurture.
  • Manage the day to day management of digital marketing, both paid and organic, as well as social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and AdWords.
  • Design and curate content, as well as copywriting to support social and marketing campaigns
  • Control the audience and influence research, keyword research, competitor audits and benchmarking, trend tracking and platform analysis.
  • Maintain Cognito’s own marking effort via digital activity, events, pitch preparation and internal content development.
  • Examine digital and social media campaigns to assess performance and recommend opportunities for optimization.
  • Associate in brainstorming and planning sessions regularly.

Job Requirements:

  • Effective experience with digital content and social media experience.
  • Agency experience preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with community management of social platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Twitter, including publishing, monitoring and engaging.
  • Proficient experience in copywriting a range of materials, including but not limited to blog posts and tweets.
  • Expert knowledge of tools including but not limited to Brandwatch, Google Analytics, AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record in running paid search campaigns through AdWords and Bing and well as management of organic search campaigns preferred but not required.
  • Solid analytical skills with success in recommending strategies based on performance metrics.
