Job Responsibilities:
- Creating trusting and long-lasting relationships with our client stakeholders.
- Managing and leading the delivery of client objectives and measurement against these objectives.
- Taking a lead role in client meetings, leading confident, presentations and discussions.
- Collaborating with sales and support managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and the effective delivery of SLAs.
- Seeking to grow the client’s business and identifying opportunities to upsell for revenue growth.
- Undertaking the creation of proposals, review meetings, roadmaps, performance and strategy reviews with clients.
- Assisting with new business preparation, presentations and attending pitches.
- Working within a collaborative, friendly but driven client services team.
- Driving Ridgeway’s account management and delivery function forward.
- Consulting across the internal Ridgeway teams and clients.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven working experience in the same role.
- Demonstrated experience of working within a digital agency.
- Proficient understanding of working with (CMS, e-commerce and associated marketing technology platforms).
- Expert knowledge of the digital and e-commerce industry.
- Deep experience in delivering confident, polished presentations and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with high levels of personal motivation.
- Excellent command of written language and numeric analytical proficiency.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Strong experience of using MS (Excel).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
