Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and contribute to the department and companywide policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain workflow and procedural documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners to identify and document business requirements related to e-commerce.
- Arrange and run on-site and remote workshops.
- Support business sponsors with the construction of business cases to facilitate and prioritize project phases.
- Translate user requirements into functional specifications.
- Advise on and actively manage the full project lifecycle of the CMS e-commerce project across all sites.
- Own and manage the integrity of the functional solutions being delivered.
- Assist in the definition of functional test conditions and expected results.
- Organize and facilitate UAT planning and execution where necessary.
- Liaise with internal and 3rd party service providers.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures in line with ITIL standards.
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience in the same role.
- Extensive understanding of content management systems such as (Magento, Sitecore and Umbraco).
- Expert working knowledge of (marketing lead generation, SD and OTC) processes.
- Proficient experience with (SAP, ERP and EDI).
- Deep working skills in using APIs to connect to (SAP).
- Advanced understanding of (ITIL) processes and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of e-commerce hosting or e-commerce as a service such as (Shopify).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to define measurable KPI’s.
- Superior strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
