Job Responsibilities:
- Improve learning solutions on data and performance marketing.
- Maintain the deployment of a large-scale change programme globally.
- Manage regular reports and provide management information on completion of training globally.
- Plan up to the team communications (via portal, e-news, chatter) on a monthly basis and coordinate the creation of communication videos.
- Support the SharePoint and other relevant information platforms used by the team.
- Produce support in the creation of training materials and tools and upload on to the relevant sites.
- Responsible for learning technology available for the creation of and housing of learning solutions (e.g. Wrapper, Easy Generator) in order to support the marketing learning business partner.
- Direct the training sessions for new starters on current learning solutions and guidance for their first 90 days.
Job Requirements:
- Solid learning design and skills development experience desirable.
- Deep understanding of global matrix organizations and how learners can be reached effectively.
- Effective experience in L&D administration or other HR administration.
- Proficient experience in tech-savvy e.g. (Microsoft Office, learning Hub and learning technologies).
- Strong Excel skills for running and interpreting reports.
- The ability to project manage and lead change efficiently and effectively.
