Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the quality, timeliness and accuracy of all onsite product merchandising including product details, images, search experience, navigation and events.
- Mentor and manage the merchandising team to increase the level of knowledge and productivity within the team.
- Drive innovation and providing inspiration for our customers through continually thinking through new ways to shop that drive conversion and sales.
- Develop tests and learn plans for our new personalized customer initiatives and iterating in future.
- Cooperate with the Grocery insight team to scope and interpret analysis for merchandising improvements.
- Support the buying team to curate, review and refine the exposure, quality and presentation of offers and promotions.
- Provide a service to the rest of the teams; streamlining processes and guidelines to cut out unnecessary discussion.
- Evaluate and react to competitors’ merchandising and marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required.
- Extensive experience in consultancy, e-commerce, retail and consumer goods.
- Expert knowledge of tag management and web analytics tools such as (Tealium, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics).
- Proficient analytical experience is needed to allow you to interpret insights and draw conclusions to inform future decision making.
- Solid working skills of using MS Excel.
- Familiarity with ( JIRA) project management system is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
