Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve the cross-channel sales strategy and the influence of web research on in-store purchases.
- Maintain communication and training pertaining to e-commerce in other areas within the organization.
- Acts as a positive change agent in the quest to develop an (Omni Channel).
- Integrate online plans and sales expectations into the business rhythm of the company’s overall merchandise/business planning process.
- Collaborate closely with the merchandising, marketing and operation team.
- Develop the team members by coaching, training and providing career counseling and directing performance development through use of business and personal development goals.
- Develop strategic policies and procedures, including operating procedures.
- Analyze data gathered, develop information and recommend available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, business or marketing.
- MBA or business post-graduate degree is an asset.
- At least 5 years working as a senior level e-commerce or direct marketing experience with an online business model.
- Proven success in creating, implementing and successfully meeting the objectives of a strategic business plan.
- Extensive experience with (Magento, Magento2 or a similar platform).
- Proficient understanding of online terminology/web analytics (Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Facebook advertising tool).
- Expert understanding of SEO auditing tools.
- Effective working skills of using (MS Office).
- Advanced knowledge of market trends, new emerging technologies and various products.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven success in developing a high-performance team that is able to deliver financial results.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
