Job Responsibilities:
- Measure and analyze sources of website traffic such (email, search engine optimization, pay-per-click, affiliates, social media and catalogs).
- Develop innovative methods for generating additional traffic/orders.
- Ensure consistent and accurate digital merchandising content delivery on the website for the product (launches, updates and removals).
- Cooperate with agencies or in-house teams to implement and support marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate and maintain strategies to improve website sales conversions and customer
- Analyze and document the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions via (reports, analytics and surveys).
- Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring key performance indicators on the website; develop and implement plans for changes, improvements and efficiencies.
- Perform A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Identify and report on market trends and provide context relating to the retail market.
- Cooperate with internal resources regarding the day-to-day management of the website.
- Create and improve policies and procedures relating to the web platform.
- Take control and manage website configuration and parameters such as (payment options and stock management).
- Investigate and report any operational or technical issues that arise on the website.
- Test and deploy ongoing website functional improvements and projects.
- Update product information and content on the website (copy and artwork).
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce role.
- Previous experience with e-commerce CMS preferably (Magento).
- Proficient understanding of web technologies (FTP, browsers, HTML, CSS and data files).
- Deep knowledge of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (PPC, email marketing, link generation, online PR, SEO, PR and affiliate programs).
- Advanced experience in using Google products such as (Webmaster, Analytics and Keyword Planner).
- Extensive working skills in using (Excel, Photoshop and Dreamweaver).
- Effective knowledge of data management tools.
- Adequate experience of business-to-consumer, business-to-business and consumer-to-consumer transactions.
- Strong ability to translate data into insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Superior decision-making and planning skills.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to follow through on tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
