Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the strategy for e-commerce growth, including; key performance indicator, team performance and revenue performance, across omnichannel operations including web technology, in-store technology and customer care center technology.
• Aid identify issues, initiate corrective action, and alert clients and stakeholders of issues and remedies.
• Produce e-commerce solution oversight and contribute to the design, development and implementation of the e-commerce operational framework, advising on policies, programs and operations.
• Participate in the communications and training aspects of e-commerce policies, programs, procedures and initiatives.
• Recognize and quantify opportunities and risks to be addressed.
• Present the accurate, insightful, action-oriented information and analysis for the e-commerce channel.
• Provide kpis on financial, operational, and consumer behavior.
• Determine channel trends and opportunities based on observed online behaviors, ensure timely and regular sharing of analyses to help drive ongoing process improvements.
• Conduct day-to-day measurement and analysis of e-commerce operations to support optimization efforts including analysis of online order fulfillment rates, failure rates, in-store and customer care kpis.
• Help stakeholders to measure the value of existing site features to support ongoing website improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years e-commerce channels experience.
• Effective experience conducting research and analysis and preparing recommendations related to operational programs and initiatives.
• Proficient experience in developing and maintaining operational plans, forecasts and reporting tools to evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Familiarity with sale and distribution of controlled substances.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle E-business Suite.
• Deep working knowledge of analytical tools, techniques and processes.
• Proven customer management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Solid government and or crown corporation experience.
