Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for online merchandising, including creating best in class and keyword rich product pages, product listing copy, digital assets and other best practice merchandising tools.
• Establish a framework and infrastructure for online orders including logistics, shipping, reconciliation and reporting.
• Lead and facilitate customer interactions including inquiries, complaints and refunds.
• Support optimal performance rating.
• Serve as a liaison with Amazon Seller Support and any other e-commerce platform we sell through.
• Aid in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
• Gauge and optimize the performance of store(s) and related digital campaigns.
• Execute weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting (create a template and automate report generation).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma with marketing specialization OR two years of equivalent working experience.
• Minimum 3 years e-commerce experience, especially on Amazon.
• At least 3 years of digital advertising experience, especially Amazon PPC.
• Effective working experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator an asset.
• Strong command of Excel and Web Analytics tools.
• Proficient experience with Amazon advertising platform, programmatic, PPC, retargeting, SEO, Ad Words (SEM/Display) and Google Analytics.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. Market an asset).
