Job Responsibilities:
- Develop product catalog information and content on the websites (simple and configurable products) including exploded view parts diagrams.
- Direct web store configuration and parameters (e.g. payment options, stock management, shipping and customer classes).
- Accountable for managing the store’s structure (images, banners, promotions, navigation, CSS, etc.).
- Review and report any operational and technical issues arising including proper ERP order integrations.
- Scope and document ongoing web store functional projects (improvements and upgrades).
- Examine and deploy functional webs tore projects (improvements and upgrades).
- Estimate approaches and strategies to improve website sales conversions and customer engagement marketing.
- Understood and develop sources of traffic ( the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media & catalogs
- Operate collaboratively with various Dormakaba teams to implement and support the store’s needs with new products and configurators, promotional campaigns and other enhancements to increase our customer engagement.
- Investigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic and orders.
- Provide reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, Google Analytics reports, surveys etc.).
- Continuous promote customer satisfaction.
- Support an excellent level of service to the business.
Job Requirements:
- College degree in marketing, web e-commerce technologies or business administration or strong experience pertinent experience related to this position.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with e-commerce retail or web marketing.
- Effective experience in Excel for product and product variant data management (when required).
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop, CSS, HTML and related web technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of the technical disciplines required to drive traffic and increase customer engagement.
- Deep knowledge of order management and customer fulfillment in an e-commerce context.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative with effective interpersonal skills.
- Solid project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.
- Perfectly bilingual, oral and written (English, French, Spanish is an asset).
