E-Mail Marketing Manager

Kensington Tours is looking for an E-Mail Marketing Manager. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the on-going evolution of responsive email templates and campaigns.
  • Create a strategy that minimizes unsubscribes and maximizes openings and click-throughs.
  • Cooperate with marketing/creative and business owners to ensure brands are properly positioned and represented through all email communications.
  • Identifies and implements remarketing campaigns against different segments of the database personalizes message based on the segment.
  • Test, learn and enhance e-mail marketing campaigns to drive business results.
  • Create and manage trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize leads/sales.
  • Analyze current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Track and report on email campaigns result delivered, opens, click-throughs leads generated and guides improvements.
  • Conduct A/B and multi-variant testing to continually learn and improve campaigns.
  • Create reports to executive team and business owners on KPIs including (leads, sales and revenue) generated through email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor industry and competitive intelligence to stay on top of leading-edge email technology and report on trending and untapped opportunities.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or digital marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an email marketing manager or relevant experience either at a marketing agency or in-house.
  • Extensive experience with email marketing best practices, tools and trends.
  • Effective understanding of setting up (tracking, reporting and monitoring) KPI’s.
  • Advanced knowledge of using (Google Analytics, campaign tracking and attribution methods) tools.
  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to segment database for different messages.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple brands with multiple business unit owners.
