Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage CRM marketing programs from lead generation to customer retention.
- Map and design the customer journey recommending touch-points to drive desired customer behaviors and company revenue.
- Launch automated journeys and communication triggers.
- Cooperate with creative teams to constantly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing messages and creative.
- Run segmentation queries to build targeted audiences.
- Create campaigns that leverage personalized content.
- Design data architectures and data management processes for multi-platform systems.
- Communicate and present marketing results monthly, or perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in CRM/e-mail marketing.
- Proficient experience with marketing clouds (Adobe and Salesforce).
- Advanced understanding of planning and launching lifecycle campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of segmentation based on customer behavior.
- Extensive experience with campaign planning and execution.
- Excellent knowledge of (HTML).
- Basic (SQL) understanding considered as an asset.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
