Job Responsibilities:
- Build and manage trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with product squads to develop campaigns that create strong user retention loops.
- Create customer segments based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
- Measure results and optimize campaigns through A/B testing in order to improve open rate, deliverability, click rate, opt-out rate, conversion rate, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns.
- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
- Plan and drive the execution of projects related to marketing automation implementations, enhancements or integrations with CRM or other databases.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, creative writing or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of marketing automation experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proficient experience in using marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo) as well as CRM solutions.
- Expert understanding of data (segmentation, database queries and reporting tools).
- Advanced knowledge of email marketing concepts and metrics such as (sender score, deliverability and sender reputation).
- Adequate experience in building responsive (HTML) templates.
- Superior strategic thinking and decision-making skills are a must.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
