E-Mail Marketing Specialist

Atomic Reach is looking for an E-Mail Marketing Specialist in Toronto, Canada. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in building the tactic and strategy behind e-mail marketing by diving into existing user data and crafting recommendations to improve KPIs such as open rate, click rate, opt-out rate and conversion rate.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of all lead generation and email nurturing initiatives.
  • Deploy and implement nurturing strategies designed to create trust and credibility with prospects who are interested in the product to help increase their readiness to buy.
  • Perform and present a compelling email copy and templates to drive interest and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing strategies to optimize copy, design and campaign performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide segmentation strategies based on past behaviors such as email engagement, website interactions, product purchases and personalize emails accordingly.
  • Supervise ongoing campaigns to ensure they are reaching KPI targets.
  • Track, record and report email performance metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate closely with the demand generation team on database management including list organization and HubSpot CRM integration.
  • Manage relationships with existing 3rd party email vendors and seek to build new partnerships for additional exposure, where applicable.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in an e-mail marketing role.
  • Proficient working experience in using email marketing and automation technology, preferably (HubSpot and Salesloft).
  • Extensive knowledge of copywriting, web, email development and design.
  • Ability to design frameworks for A/B testing.
  • Excellent working skills in using (MS Office).
  • Sound analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
