Ecommerce Manager

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead and maintain all e-commerce and operational aspects of Olivia Burton websites.
  • Run Olivia Burton e-commerce business by ensuring optimal website performance.
  • Accountable for all content updates based on overall brand marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Cooperate closely with marketing, design, creative and merchandising teams to ensure e-commerce initiatives are brand appropriate while driving sales.
  • Manage A/B creative testing on site to measure campaign performance and impact to the business.
  • Supervise and provide support and direction on CRM activities, including email marketing campaigns and triggered email strategies.
  • Oversee and provide support and direction on PPC and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Head ongoing reporting for sales, site analytics and campaign performance to Olivia executives and corporate digital office.
  • Produce recommendations based on insights and site performance.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses, as needed, to support online marketing efforts; be proactive in identifying analytical projects to increase business.
  • Direct and execute the Olivia Burton roadmap in collaboration with the head of the digital experience and product management.
  • Closely collude with corporate office for ongoing bug troubleshooting, site management and site enhancement.
  • Assure all feeds and 3rd party integrations are working properly.
  • Associate with corporate office on shared site functionality updates.
  • Manage end-to-end testing and release to ensure development is completed to requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in e-commerce and website management, including CMS tools.
  • Familiarity with Google analytics, enterprise level website platforms and heat mapping tools required.
  • Effective experience in managing a product roadmap, with a strong understanding of website best practice.
  • Appreciation of the importance of branding while driving sales is essential.
  • Proficient experience with Demandware and SAP a plus.
  • A solid communicator that understands and cares about the customer journey.
  • A confident yet flexible candidate.
  • Willing to go above and beyond in all circumstances.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
