Job Responsibilities:

• Improve new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
• Develop our marketing automation efforts and lead nurturing through email, content, and social channels.
• Lead various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
• Guage results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
• Operate to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
• Promote documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, communications or marketing or equivalent working experience.
• Effective experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
• Proven track record in MailChimp marketing automation and blogging software features in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
• Demonstrated understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation.
• Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite.
• Outstanding writer and communicator (bilingual is an asset).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
