Job Responsibilities:

• Head creative brand strategy on a project-by-project basis.
• Be present in client meetings, planning and running client workshops and rollout meetings.
• Pull together and structuring documents, the tone of voice development and working to form an overarching brand strategy, positioning, architecture, messaging platforms, creative drivers, etc.
• Confidently produce recommendations to clients, as well as an understanding of how brands can sit across different channels.
• Conduct market research and lead qualitative research delivering great insights reporting to our Founder.
• Improve and analyze brand research.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstarted understanding and experience in Branding, Packaging and the Brand strategy process.
• Effective experience in uncovering insights and then being involved in the process of translating this strategy.
• Curious, always enquiring and with a passionate attitude.
• Strong communication skills in person, over email and on the phone.
• Solid ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Great ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
