Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise client digital marketing campaigns, monitoring, adjusting and reporting on performance.
• Determine goals for scientific assessment of campaign success and analyzing performance against them.
• Operate independently and with the team to exceed client expectations against their individual goals.
• Analyze trends in growth marketing and making recommendations to clients on new avenues to explore.
• Draft and perform experiments to test the viability of new growth strategies.
• Understand and execute on growth strategies for new clients with the rest of the team.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated understanding of data analysis using tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong usage of social media marketing.
• Expert knowledge about technical SEO analysis, keyword analysis and outreach.
• Effective experience of search marketing (SEM) and social paid campaign management.
• Deep knowledge of email marketing and techniques.
• Proven track record in dealing with A/B testing and analysis.
• Solid communication skills.
