Growth Marketing Manager

Native Gravity is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager in London, United Kingdom. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day manage key performance marketing channels PPC, SEO, display and paid social.
  • Careful design performance marketing campaigns around key business events such as product releases and sale periods.
  • Alongside agency, create and execute PPC campaigns, including ad copy development, target-setting, optimization and internal reporting.
  • Perform paid social campaigns, from taking a brief to setting target groups, writing ad copy, then reporting back to internal stakeholders.
  • Show advertising during key times of the year.
  • Brief third-party agencies, set KPI’s, developing creative (alongside the design team) and reporting.
  • Plan the tactics, guide the internal tech and content teams on optimization techniques, then maintaining ranking reports.
  • Set budgets, fluctuating accordingly, alongside the changing needs of the business, to ensure cost-of-sale targets are met.
  • Drive A/B and multivariate testing strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in managing and optimizing paid and owned media channels.
  • Effective experience in delivering essential retail-related KPIs such as traffic, new customer acquisition, revenue and margin.
  • Expert knowledge of ROI, CPAs and/or COS (cost of sale) when managing paid media campaigns.
  • Proficient experience in managing external vendors and agencies.
  • Proven track record in using web analytics tools to deliver business reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of tag management solutions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of at least one fast-paced online retail environment.
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO, conversion optimization, UX and design are desirable.
  • Sound experience working in, other areas of e-commerce e.g. User Experience, Operations and BI.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Strong experience designing high-converting UX with a proven track record of success
  • Outstanding knowledge of CMS, HTML / CSS, JavaScript, PHP or ASP.NET is an advantage.
