Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain rollout of all digital and print marketing collateral including workbooks, consumer brochures, digital and social media assets.
• Aid with the development of in-store communications in conjunction with retail partners.
• Managing asset and advertising requests from agents, media partners and international offices.
• Promote the marketing team with the trade and consumer events in visual communications.
• Enhance brand and PR functions with visual communication requirements.
• Direct the image libraries and asset sharing platforms.
• Re-touch and color product photography.
• Improve and managing timelines for all visual communication projects.
• Develop agreed brand “tone of voice” online and in print, through copy, imagery and communications.
• Cooperate with creative agencies to translate brand and seasonal campaign asthenic for use internally and externally.
• Advance close relationships with all internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all channels.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent level qualification desirable.
• Demonstrated understanding of creative visual principles such as typography, layout, color, photography and identity.
• Expert working knowledge of Photoshop, including colorwork, image manipulation and batch processing.
• Deep knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and a desire to learn new skills.
• Solid project management skills and good organizational skills.
• Effective experience in dealing with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in design.
• Proficient understanding of the Rab product range alongside a broad understanding of the outdoor market.
• Enthusiastic about design and have the ability to bring newness and ideas to the team.
