Job Responsibilities:

• Head the engineering cell team with a delivery focus, quality and innovation.
• Assure clear communication and build a strong relationship with the engineering teams and the organizational stakeholders to ensure all parties are contributing to successful organizational outcomes.
• Improve a reputation internally and externally of technical excellence to ensure that the client is developing strong technical talent, communicating clearly to non-technical stakeholder and delivering beyond customer expectations.
• focus to continuously improve engineering practices to deliver higher quality releases quicker and more efficiently.
• Assistance and guidance to the team, make sure that each team member understands the specification and have the right skills and training to be able to do their jobs effectively.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 1-year of commercial React experience using one of the Flux frameworks (ideal).
• At least 3 years commercial Angular experience with React exposure.
• Effective experience in computer science fundamentals and JavaScript design patterns.
• Deep understanding of SPA flows, API consumption and resource structuring patterns.
• High ability to write clean, modular, well-commented, readable and reusable code.
• Ability for writing best-in-class code targeted to third-party developers and teams.
• Proven software architecture background, framework design and SDK development.
• Proficient understanding of UI and UX best practices and considerations.
• Expert working experience in managing Agile and SCRUM development engineering teams, SCRUM Master role or equivalent experience.
• Wide knowledge of developing new solutions and systems from inception to delivery and into support with a strong understanding of the trade-offs and mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with Scala, Python and Java languages.
• Solid level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6, TypeScript).
• Ability to deal with Storm and  Spark Frameworks would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience of using UML, Archimate to document technical specification and analysis.
• Novice knowledge of CIDC, BDD, TTD tools and processes as best practice.
