Job Responsibilities:
- Create out compelling, data-driven customer journeys across the homeowner lifecycle.
- Develop and improve a program and individual sequences of automated consumer journeys.
- Create and deploy a promotional and transactional email.
- Build, implement and monitor marketing campaigns to support ongoing work of the B2C marketing team.
- Manage scoring and personalization of journeys based on readiness to proceed.
- Build reporting templates and report to management regularly on performance.
- Monitor the funnel performance data closely and conduct ongoing optimization to drive maximum results.
- Cooperate closely with product, data and other teams to build proper tagging, visibility and analytics capabilities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of email marketing experience using marketing technologies to deliver content across multiple channels.
- Advanced working experience with marketing automation software such as (ActiveCampaign, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot and Eloqua).
- Effective understanding of taking marketing concepts/requirements and translate them into marketing automation programs.
- Extensive knowledge of (Landing Page Optimization and HTML) is a plus.
- Strong attention detail to ensure campaigns are properly configured so only the right audiences receive the right information.
- Creative troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to self-direct and motivate, working independently to build out a program.
