Marketing Automation Specialist

Think Research is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Account management within (Salesforce and Pardot) software to ensure the infrastructure is properly designed, deployed, maintained and populated.
  • Collaborate with sales operations, client success and other teams ensuring quality and consistency of within and across all platforms.
  • Cooperate with business development, sales operations and marketing to implement processes and tools to support lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Oversee and respond to internal technical community needs related to sales and marketing infrastructure tools.
  • Support in the execution and utilization of enabling technologies and processes.
  • Develop analytics and reporting tools to help drive a data-oriented approach to the market.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or any other related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven working experience in the same role.
  • Proficient knowledge of managing large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM and/or marketing automation solutions.
  • Effective working experience in using (Pardot and Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of (data migration, entry and cleansing procedures).
  • Extensive experience with (Amity, ZenDesk and SAP).
  • Strong working skills in using (MS Office and GoogleDocs).
  • Ability to work independently or as a collaborative part of a team.
  • Ability to manage a multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
