Job Responsibilities:
- Account management within (Salesforce and Pardot) software to ensure the infrastructure is properly designed, deployed, maintained and populated.
- Collaborate with sales operations, client success and other teams ensuring quality and consistency of within and across all platforms.
- Cooperate with business development, sales operations and marketing to implement processes and tools to support lead generation and pipeline management.
- Oversee and respond to internal technical community needs related to sales and marketing infrastructure tools.
- Support in the execution and utilization of enabling technologies and processes.
- Develop analytics and reporting tools to help drive a data-oriented approach to the market.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or any other related field.
- At least 2 years of proven working experience in the same role.
- Proficient knowledge of managing large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM and/or marketing automation solutions.
- Effective working experience in using (Pardot and Salesforce).
- Deep understanding of (data migration, entry and cleansing procedures).
- Extensive experience with (Amity, ZenDesk and SAP).
- Strong working skills in using (MS Office and GoogleDocs).
- Ability to work independently or as a collaborative part of a team.
- Ability to manage a multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
