Job Responsibilities:

• Organize the installation, operation, maintenance and resolution of hardware and software problems as well as monitoring traffic, completing capacity planning, performing system backups and user training for LAN.
• Estimate, test and recommend new software and hardware.
• Notify new users of the appropriate hardware and software specifications in order to access the network.
• Develop equipment with assistance from vendors and other resources.
• Build and maintain procedure manuals and documentation.
• Assure accurate records and logs of users, equipment, serial numbers, service records, maintenance agreements.
• Support for training users on how to use the network and related software.
• Solve all connectivity and internal technical problems.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in installing and deploying IT equipment.
• Familiarity with databases and Ad-hoc (Excel) spreadsheets.
• Effective experience in providing IT desktop support.
• Deep knowledge in providing network and desktop support within a windows’ environment.
