Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement successful paid search campaigns, demonstrating revenue goals, efficiency and volume.
- Daily support and monitor keyword bids, impression share, quality scores and overall account performance.
- Head creative campaigns to improve ad copy performance and quality CTRs.
- Communicate with the online consumer sales team to optimize landing pages for optimum quality scores and create a branding of banners etc.
- Competitor research to support keyword research.
- Report on results to set organizational KPIs and implement within dashboards using Google Analytics or other analytics packages.
- Organize and communicate paid marketing reports for the Paid Search Marketing Manager as and when required.
- Co-ordinate and plan digital campaigns for new customer acquisition, including other marketing channels such as SEO, Affiliate and Display.
- Operate to achieve all our core company goal.
Job Requirements:
- Degree educated with a strong academic background or appropriate paid search experience.
- At least 1- year experience managing paid search campaigns in AdWords and Bing.
- Effective experience in Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Highly motivated, confident, resilient and positive attitude.
- Outstanding planning, organizational and time management skills and an ability to work with competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
