Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for activities related to product concept, development and/or sourcing by working with collaborating artists, curators, Auxly creative team and selected suppliers to realize the KOLAB product selection for web and other commercial initiatives.
- Supervise e-commerce inventory planning, forecasting, revenues and maintain margins.
- Maintain an Auxly adult recreational initiatives related to products and accessories as necessary.
- Develop on-site engagement and content effectiveness.
- Operate with Auxly creative on e-commerce content and KOLAB branded or co-branded products.
- Support Auxly front and back-end development efforts to maximize site navigation, time spent and ease of client browsing and purchase.
- Build delivery and return policies and rates, coordinating with KOLAB operations to ensure smooth completion of consumer transactions.
- Assure catalog is well managed, with the product properly featured and rotated.
- General combination onboarding (photos, descriptions, pricing, links and promotions) and coordination with 3rd party service providers.
- Cross-functional maintenance in building overall strategic and financial plans related to non-cannabis products and accessories.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, product management and purchasing.
- Effective experience with supplier relationship management, negotiation and product sourcing on an international scale.
- Proficient experience in building a strategic framework, presenting his/her ideas to various levels across the organization, driving execution of projects to completion.
- Deep understanding of retail math metrics, merchandise and financial planning.
- Familiarity with using ERP, Excel or similar analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and to support project requests from partner teams as required.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrable and proven results with key decision makers including senior management and key vendor personnel are required.
- Bilingualism (French and English), an asset.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, self-organize and be proactive to complete multiple tasks on time with a clear focus on quantitative results is required.
