Project Implementation Manager

AmazeRealise is looking for a Project Implementation Manager in Liverpool, United Kingdom. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and co-ordinate rollout and schedules with internal staff, 3rd party agencies and clients in marketing departments and their agencies.
  • The first point of contact by telephone and email for marketing departments and their agencies to report issues or request for changes.
  • Source, collate and organize translations of website content.
  • Organize and source content and 3rd party deliveries for websites.
  • Report on status, issues and deadlines.
  • Produce reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Accountable for the internal administration of the project, including all management reporting.
  • Build and own process and user documents in line with client expectations.

Job Requirements:

  • Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and preferably PowerPoint.
  • Proficient experience of a similar, relevant role and environment..
  • Proven experience communicating with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstarted understanding of website technologies.
  • Effective experience of proactive client contact, as well as reactive, must be demonstrated.
  • Strong communication skills – written, telephone and face to face.
  • Solid planning skills including client management and expectation management across multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours if required around peak times.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours if required around peak rollouts.
  • Oral and written fluency in English is essential.
  • Oral and written fluency in one of the following in addition to English is an advantage Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Hebrew, Russian, Greek, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian.
  • Automotive knowledge is an advantage.
  • Able to travel within the UK and abroad.
  • Ability to work in a changeable, fast moving and pressured environment.
  • Great ability to coordinate multiple work streams.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly such as database administration and content management systems.
