Job Responsibilities:

• Analysis of network status and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Operate with technical teams, service delivery and vendors to provide timely solutions to issues that impact infrastructure and/or business partners.
• Perform within a team to complete infrastructure and application changes.
• Maintenance for the network environment including evening and weekend pager support on a rotational basis.
• Support preventative all network devices.
• Assistance target environments during build, testing, and implementation phases.
• Report operational and recovery procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in technology related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience supporting network technology infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze technology implementations.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
