Job Responsibilities:

• Plan the UI interaction for changes to existing products, and prototyping user interfaces for new products.
• Define, apply and improve appropriate methodologies and tool-sets for a customer’s culture and operating environment.
• Operate in an Agile environment to develop the latest and greatest HTML/HTML5 code for web and layout guidance for Mobile App.
• Associate in and lead digital workshops with internal customers.
• Maintain the business analysts and pitch work to the board of directors and wider teams.
• Build proof of concept ‘labs’ work.
• Assure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and control designer output in line with the overall web and mobile strategy.
• Produce resource quotations for Business Analyst to present to the board.
• Examine the existing website to ensure that it continually meets the internal customer’s expectations.
• Begin new functionality on our website and providing our IOS developer with creative and resources for the mobile apps.
• Secure that files are committed correctly into the Git software.
• Organize with the Search team to ensure that new and existing development adheres to the latest SEO practices.
• Guarantee that documentation and test cases are written to a high standard.
• Apply Behat automation testing cases and unit testing.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience building responsive, mobile first websites and Mobile Apps, creating beautiful user interfaces in HTML/HTML5 and CSS/CSS3.
• Proficient experience in OO JavaScript, with frameworks and libraries.
• Deep knowledge of React JS a must or any framework required to build our progress web app.
• Expert knowledge of (Bootstrap/3, SASS/LESS, Grunt and Photoshop).
• Proven track record in building large-scale consumer-facing web applications.
• Demonstrated understand the importance of performance in web development.
• Outstanding skills to deal with Magento layout XML.
• Solid Magento backend knowledge (inc. API, modules, extensions).
• Strong experience in PHP, Git and JIRA/Confluence.
• Sound knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word.
