Job Responsibilities:
- Associate in daily, weekly internal and client meetings.
- Perform and advise SEO executive(s) and other members of the SEO team on best practice.
- Manage business relevant SEO research and analysis based around industry best practices.
- Provide meaningful reports, recommendations and analysis for clients.
- Strategic design and implement (also if applicable, local, regional and international) SEO strategies.
- Draft and report on SEO KPIs.
- Use and measure models in order to track progress and establish opportunities.
- Ensure SEO conformity of projects and highlighting risks and potential for improvements to the HoD/ SEO strategist.
- Control SEO audits (on-page and off-page) and drawing suggestions for campaign improvements.
- Cooperate with other members of the team to provide tailored and target focused SEO solutions, based on client and industry needs.
- Transfer solutions effectively to managers and other members of the team.
- Track the instructions and recommendations made by the rest of the SEO team or managers.
- Support and improve on existing research and tools to industry best practices.
- Effective record workload and ownership of your own list of tasks.
- Pro-active maintenance of new business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years SEO experience with a proven success record.
- Effective experience with Google Analytics and in tracking SEO performance.
- Proficient experience with search crawl and log analysis.
- Deep knowledge of Google and Bing search console (Webmaster Tools).
- Proven working experience in using (Google Tag Manager).
- Solid understanding of and achieving SEO specific KPIs.
- Wide knowledge of keyword analysis and content planning.
- Familiarity with use of industry-specific tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated experience to deal with Microsoft Office (minimum: Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Outstanding experience in PPC, HTML and/or JavaScript.
- Expert knowledge of delivering SEO one or more of these industries (e-commerce, insurance or financial services, education, charity or government).
- Detailed oriented work ethic and able to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly numerate, with a sound understanding of statistical and arithmetic analysis.
