Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor and develop a team of digital search and SEO specialists.
• Redetermine current strategy and develop a new global SEO strategy.
• Measure out and track the team’s global search marketing activities.
• Define performance of team’s campaigns and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Produce input for the team’s link building, outreach and keyword strategies.
• Assure goals are met against set KPIs.
• Perform SEO best practice across the board.
• Direct the relationship with external 3rd party tools in order to ensure constant development and results.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of SEO experience.
• Effective experience in managing and/or growing an SEO team, being able to mentor them, provide feedback and develop their capabilities against metrics.
• Proficient experience in leading outreach campaigns and technical SEO activities (e.g. site crawls, audits and web indexing).
• Proven understanding to conduct analysis across backlinks and analytics.
• Familiarity with using SEO tools (Brightedge, Moz, Searchmetric and Screaming Frog).
• Ability to works cross-functionally with other teams such as (marketing, product, development and etc).
