Job Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple clients’ digital marketing strategies.
- Communicate verbally and via email with clients and colleagues.
- Write compelling content for real estate websites and blogs.
- Optimize for search engine marketing and stay up to date on best practices.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other elements to improve organic traffic and increase lead generation.
- Oversee project teams and train on new SEO.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an SEO role.
- Proficient technical understanding including performing (on-page technical audits and troubleshooting canonicalization, URL structures, site architecture, sitemaps, robots.txt and redirects).
- Expert working knowledge of relevant SEO tools required to execute a strategy using (aHrefs, SEMRush, AWRCloud and Screaming Frog).
- Effective working skills in writing and editing an SEO friendly content.
- Extensive knowledge of using (Google Analytics, Keyword planner and Search Console).
- Strong MS Office working skills.
- Superior strategic thinking and decision-making skills are a must.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
