Job Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple clients’ digital marketing strategies.
• Communicate verbally and via email with clients and colleagues.
• Write compelling content for real estate websites and blogs.
• Optimize for search engine marketing and stay up to date on best practices.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other elements to improve organic traffic and increase lead generation.
• Oversee project teams and train on new SEO.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in an SEO role.
• Proficient technical understanding including performing (on-page technical audits and troubleshooting canonicalization, URL structures, site architecture, sitemaps, robots.txt and redirects).
• Expert working knowledge of relevant SEO tools required to execute a strategy using (aHrefs, SEMRush, AWRCloud and Screaming Frog).
• Effective working skills in writing and editing an SEO friendly content.
• Extensive knowledge of using (Google Analytics, Keyword planner and Search Console).
• Strong MS Office working skills.
• Superior strategic thinking and decision-making skills are a must.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
