SEO Specialist

Randstad Canada is looking for an SEO Specialist in Vancouver, Canada. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute tactics that drive improvements in online visibility, traffic, and lead acquisition through strategic keyword optimization, content promotion and distribution.
  • Enhance digital strategy and action plan that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Learn competitive research, market analysis, and innovative thinking to guide your strategy.
  • Plan, curate and re-purpose high-quality, valuable content to attract, inform and engage an audience, while also promoting the brand itself.
  • Supervise digital marketing spends.
  • Drive all demand-gen digital marketing initiatives and campaigns by developing ideas and hypotheses to improve conversion through SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing and content marketing.
  • Manage content trends, gaps, and keyword opportunities in organic search.
  • Get SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzSumo, and others to evaluate organic SERPs and prioritize content recommendations based on keyword intent, relevancy and difficulty.
  • Improve ideas and hypotheses to improve conversion rates on all web properties.
  • Examine website behavior data, glean insights, and optimize your campaigns and projects to drive more qualified leads at a lower cost using Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio.
  • Transfer existing social media from an exclusive branding platform to a lead generation
  • Promote daily content and manage social media platforms, presence and blogs.
  • Record web KPIs with a focus on CPA, email list, keyword and page ranking and new natural search traffic opportunities.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media campaigns with a priority emphasis on lead generation.
  • Effective experience using platforms such as Google Optimize to set-up, run and analyze tests to gain insights and learnings about our audience through user funnels and A/B experiments.
  • Proficient experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook, Instagram and Google Adwords campaigns by creatively testing and identifying target audiences through digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Interested in project management and have strong communication skills.
  • Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking using tools Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Ability to be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
