Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for our email marketing platform and manage all transactional email and regular campaign sends (we use Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Aid to developing a strategic approach to contact strategy with a focus on email and mobile to make these effective channels of communication.
• Oversee our social media planning.
• Support awareness and acquisition through an effective paid search strategy and take charge of the company’s Google AdWords account.
• Perform advised SEO recommendations and seek best practice.
• Provide monthly digital report and insights.
• Responsible for the company’s website and make sure it is updated.
• Serve with creating, planning and executing internal and external communication campaigns.
• Act a key role in assisting with the rebrand project, ensure the smooth transition, especially when it comes to digital channels.
• Manage to police brand assets, ensure that materials and other outputs are compliant with brand guidelines.
• Maintain relationships and liaise with internal and external teams.

Job Requirements:

• Effective digital marketing experience specifically.
• Proficient experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Soapbox Mailer, Social Media, PPC, SEO and WordPress.
• Deep experience delivering plans to scope and time.
• A collaborative spirit who is comfortable with change and has the energy and enthusiasm to deliver in a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong communicator who is eager to progress.
• Interest in private healthcare.
• High ability to prioritize, plan and communicate concepts to different target segments.
