Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the brand’s social media accounts on a daily basis (post links, info, stats, reply to messages and mentions of the brand name).
• Post updates and polls concerning the community on the social media platforms.
• Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities.
• Submit regular progress reports on user feedback and inappropriate content.
• Report any bugs and useful feedback to product manager.
• Monitor users for spam activity and abusive behavior.
• Respond to all emails from the support/feedback form concerning the community.
• Create and edit original written content for SFW site.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required.
• Proficient understanding of social media platforms such as (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tumblr and YouTube).
• Extensive experience in using (HootSuite, Gramblr and Tweetdeck).
• Effective understanding of creating and executing online social media campaigns.
• Expert working skills of publishing or participating on (blogs, social news, video/photo sharing, social networking applications, widgets/gadgets and viral marketing campaigns).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic experience of using (Photoshop) is an asset.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
