Job Responsibilities:
- Direct the campaign delivery across key channels, from idea to execution and reporting.
- Creative participates in the planning and production of all marketing campaigns, creating bespoke social media strategies to deliver against the objectives of the wider campaign.
- Improve and maintain relationships with key social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and Snapchat).
- Promote and growth of Giffgaff’s editorial calendar across the business, including overseeing the creation and delivery of compelling, daily social media content, at the pulse of Giffgaff’s brand messaging.
- Head and track campaign performance and BAU activity against KPIs.
- Report external agencies for social media assets and media buying.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience in managing engagement and contributing to creative development on all social channels.
- Proficient experience in managing the strategic and editorial relationships with partnerships such as content producers and external agencies.
- Deep knowledge of coordinating the scheduling and publishing of content across all channels.
- Analytical with solid reporting and metrics experience to see and understand how the posts are doing.
- Familiarity with managing the professional development and performance of direct reports.
- Proven content focused experience and must be able to have a strategic understanding.
- Ability to oversee all external partnerships, editorials and campaign briefings.
