Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic briefs across social platforms together with the digital strategy team.
• Accountability for delivering against monthly performance goals and campaign KPIs.
• Improve and expand key opinion leader and blogger outreach efforts.
• Drive cooperation with digital media and advertising platform partners.
• Direct the social media project and live-posting at client events (shows, product launches).
• Create content for Weibo, WeChat and additional digital platforms as required.
• Perform brand guidelines, core messaging and visual identity across all social media content.
• Build distinct social brand voices for a range of retail, fashion, luxury, and hospitality clients.
• Supervise social media asset creation (photo, video & graphic design) with asset management.
• Draft and create client performance reports and account analysis.
• Operate community management protocols for client accounts.
• Execute customer service protocols for client accounts.
• Measure client competitors’ performance on social media channels.
• Manage current, relevant trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience working with an established digital, PR, or branding agency.
• Proficient working experience in China digital platforms and trends.
• Proven track record in social media management, with a strong flair for copywriting and content creation.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing and online marketing channels.
• Native Chinese speaker
• Excellent command of English language.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to define tasks and manage own schedule to meet tight deadlines.
