Job Responsibilities:

• Operate with social media platforms and in-house teams to manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
• Organize and moderate various communities mainly within Facebook.
• Supervise trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
• Support effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.
• Design, curate, develop and manage content (digital images, photography, video, and copy).
• Draft, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
• Examine, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Recognize threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the social media communities.
• Aid with design (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, blog, etc.).
• Collect reports for management showing results (ROI).

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a related field (marketing, PR, etc.).
• Minimum 4 years professional experience in social media management and experience in the social media marketing sphere.
• Proven working knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research.
• Effective working experience in the principles of search and social.
• Proficient experience in graphic and video editing tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Outstanding creativity and documented immersion in social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid time management skills.
• Deep understanding of successful agency management.
• Self-starter with an aptitude for learning and staying on top of the latest social media trends, platforms, applications, and tactics.
• Ability to work as a team payer with the confidence to assist and guide the development, creation, and editing of content, and online reputation management.
• Interested in anything mentality and genuine excitement to learn.
• The ability to think outside of the box.
