Job Responsibilities:

• Daily management of our clients’ social media accounts including (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn).
• Manage content calendars for social media clients.
• Monitor social channels and respond appropriately to customer questions and complaints.
• Report on how our client’s social media channels and campaigns are performing.
• Write blogs and other content to support social media activity.
• Perform paid social media campaigns such as (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn).
• Identify and managing blogger outreach programmes
• Brief design teams and collate assets for social media content and campaigns
• Competition management and prize organization.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience in managing business social media accounts.
• Proficient understanding of using social media management tools.
• Advanced experience in using various reporting and analytics tools.
• Expert working knowledge of social media platforms such as (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter).
• Solid MS Office working skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all online content platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
