Social Media Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of integrated social media strategies and roadmaps including content and advertising strategies and program KPIs.
  • Guarantee the flawless execution of client programs by championing exceptional quality in every aspect of program delivery and internal/external communication.
  • Lead digital ad buying, optimization and reporting.
  • Work as a resource for the team on social media/digital advertising best practices.
  • Develop accurate budgets and statements of work and billing schedules.
  • Proactively support sales activity on client programs including up-­selling, cross-­selling and client program kick-offs and renewals.
  • Coordinates with necessary third-­party agencies/vendors to carry out client strategies on time and budget.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of digital, social media or public relations experience preferably in the food or related consumer goods industry (B2B and B2C).
  • Proven experience accurately reporting and analyzing numbers and metrics.
  • Proficient working knowledge of social measurement tools such as (Sprout Social, Social Bakers, Hootsuite and native platform business).
  • Effective experience with paid social media advertising on (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat).
  • Deep understanding of social media, digital and CRM platforms and best practices.
  • Expert knowledge of developing strategic recommendations for communications and social media activations.
  • Advanced experience with (Google Analytics, Adwords and Keyword Planner).
  • Effective understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strategic mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
