Job Responsibilities:
- Design, manage and optimize Facebook image ads, Instagram ads, carousel ads and video to increase digital engagement and awareness with content creation.
- Plan, execute, manage tactics and optimize Google Ad- words campaigns (search, display, mobile, Bumper ads) to optimize content and technology.
- Improve social and search engine optimization strategies as part of the company’s overall brand and communication strategies.
- Gather data from campaign performance, Facebook analytics, audience insight, Pixel data, social media metrics, Google analytics and e-commerce sales reports to help guide marketing campaigns.
- Build and track key metrics across all digital channels.
- Promote and track new tests including ad copy, landing images, devices and types.
- Support research, insights and analytics to understand target market interests and online behavior
- Use social media scheduling platforms including, but not limited to (Schedugram, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Analytics and Magento).
- Proactively draft, develop, write, edit, coordinate, and execute social media posts, social campaigns, and promotions.
- Cooperate and brainstorm to the concept, draft, and publish high-quality original content that is relevant for new strategic digital marketing opportunities with the digital content supervisor.
- Supervise and respond to user feedback across all social channels, infiltrate industry forums and blogs, and report on trends, issues and successes.
- Head the monthly educational workshops to provide intel on emerging trends and best practices, as well as generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly digital reports for review.
- Aid in the creation of marketing collateral and other tasks as required by the department.
Job Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in digital marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media marketing, coordinating and/or brand engagement for a national or global brand.
- Effective experience in using (Facebook advertising, Instagram advertising, Google AdWords and Google Analytics Certified).
- Deep understanding of all major social media platforms particularly (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with using Adobe Creative Suite, Schedugram, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proficient copywriting and editing skills are essential for the position.
- Solid social media presence and be in the know of current events and trends, especially in the health and fitness industry.
- Wide knowledge of relevant online trends and algorithms is a must.
- Proven experience in sales and/ or customer service is a plus.
- Sound time management and organization skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical with an ability to understand business metrics and to write reports.
