Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in machine learning algorithm development and implementation.
• Operate with our machine learning engineers to put cutting-edge deep learning algorithms in production and conduct production testing.
• Participate in keeping the technology stack healthy and maintainable through monitoring and documentation.
• Create a scalable solution to ingest and process unstructured content.
• Establish a software prototype and APIs.
• Associate in database design, architectural design and product discussions.
• Draft clean, well-documented and testable software both on server and client sides.
• Cooperate with technical project managers and researchers to integrate their knowledge and understanding.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years development experience using Java and related tools (Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Hibernate, Maven and Git).
• Effective experience in front-end technologies such as JSP, JSTL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap.
• Proficient experience in creating and consuming REST services.
• Expert knowledge of relational databases as well as NoSQL technologies like Redis and Cassandra.
• Deep understanding of Java multithreading, concurrency and memory management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of statistics.
• Proven track record in dealing with Python and C/C++.
• Familiarity with front-end JavaScript framework such as Angular, Vue.js or React.
• Outstanding knowledge of Microservices frameworks such as Spring Cloud, Netflix and Lagom.
• Strong experience in Machine Learning algorithm, implementation, evaluation, maintenance and application (Preferred).
• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred but not required.
