Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain others in the UX/CX team and contribute to teamwork, demonstrating openness to alternative suggestions in peer reviews and discussing ideas.
• Liaise directly with clients, presenting work and advocating customer experience.
• involve in pitches, from carrying out research through to presenting.
• Cooperate with other teams from strategy to creative to tech.
• Improve with the industry and stay ahead of this ever-changing industry through reading articles/books, attending events and sharing knowledge with the team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in UX, CX and service design (with digital consultancy and agency experience).
• Effective customer experience across multiple platforms (predominantly digital) including research, personas, customer journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes and customer validation.
• Proven track record in prototyping (e.g. Axure, Invision, paper prototyping, etc.).
• Proficient experience and understanding of various design processes including full UCD, lean and agile.
• Strong verbal, written presentation and communication skills.
• Capable of thinking at a conceptual level through to detailed and well-rationalized micro-interactions.
• Able to manage client, stakeholders and skilled in balancing customer and business needs.
• Able to multitask and work collaboratively on multiple projects.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail and a smile.
