Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the manager of products to visualize innovative user journeys and to produce wireframes and prototypes.
• Convert wireframes into intuitive and functional web experiences that wow Moteefe’s sellers and buyers.
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to execute the designs into smoothly working interfaces.
• Evaluate user feedback and suggest improvements to optimize the existing journeys.
• Create prototypes for A/B and user testing, collect and analyze user feedback.
• Research best practices and suggest UX and UI solutions that improve conversions and user engagement.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creating web user interfaces for consumer or e-commerce websites.
• Deep understanding of basic front-end languages such as (HTML, CSS and Javascript).
• Advanced working knowledge of responsive mobile/tablet design.
• Proficient experience with using (Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision and Zeplin).
• Effective understanding of (React, Handlebar and JSP templating).
• Superior strategic thinking and decision-making skills are a must.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Ability to influence team members and management.
• Outstanding collaborative and flexible team player.
