Job Responsibilities:

• Operate with various internal clients and teams to deliver against brief.
• Design campaign identities for promotional periods, product launches and collaborations with interior designers/influencers (research, proposal and idea generation).
• Draft graphics and manipulating digital images.
• Operate on creative for the Hillarys website.
• Plan and develop responsive HTML emails and flash sites, social media campaigns, apps and advertisements.
• Enhance images for online use.
• Communicate with external media agencies from brief through to delivery.
• Cooperate with other internal departments to ensure the accuracy of work.
• Devise with consideration for print and digital restrictions per media.
• Design work will cover but is not exclusive to POS/exhibition graphics for national events, campaign creative across all media channels and home interest magazine inserts and display ads, segmenting designs to create a tailored customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related subject.
• Demonstrated understanding of typography and layout for both online and offline print is essential.
• Effective experience in the Adobe suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of Excel, Adobe Acrobat, HTML, CSS and JavaScript is desirable but not essential.
• Wide knowledge of both online and offline to support in using the right tools and resources to fit the task in hand.
• Demonstrates an efficient, organized approach with accuracy in what they do.
• Strong communication skills and an excellent attention to detail.
• Able to present a portfolio filled with creative and innovative designs.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
