Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day to day customer feedback and liaising with suppliers.
- Maintenance of the Social Media, activation, evaluation and monitoring customer inquiries.
- Responsible for newsletter and website.
- Keep of brand partnership, blogger, and PR activity.
- Guide artwork and content creation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of 2:1 or higher is required to fulfil this role.
- Prior work experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Deep knowledge to deal with (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Proficient experience in phone manner and ability to empathize with customers.
- Strong time management skills.
- Effective organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, love working as part of a team and also on own initiative.
