58% of Online Buyers Globally Have Purchased a Fashion Product in 2016 | Nielsen

Fashion, travel and books/music stationery are the most online purchasing categories in 2016, more than half of online buyers have purchased at least one of these products.
Nearly 4 in 10 global respondents (38%) said they’ve purchased personal-care and beauty products online, and also about 27% of online buyers said they’ve ordered meal-kit or restaurant delivery services or packaged grocery food (24%) online.
