63% of Online Shoppers in South Africa Prefer not to Pay for Delivery, 2017 | Effective Measure

46% of online shoppers in South Africa have shopped online. Delivery is an important factor for them in adapting to online shopping. 88% were fairly or very satisfied with the speed of delivery of their last online purchase.

But in terms of the delivery cost, the vast majority of respondents (63%) indicated that they paid nothing for delivery of their last online purchase, while 12% paid over R50 which equal almost 3,5$.
